Review of endometrial cancer: how is it staged, what is standard treatment, what is prognosis?

AJCC staging based on extent of primary tumor, lymph node involvement and metastases.  See Diagnosis>Staging in DynaMed

Standard treatment includes surgery, radiation, and adjuvant chemotherapy based on staging.  See Table 2, p. 1079 of the Buchanan article for brief summary of treatments based on staging with reported 5 year survival.
