What are the recommendations for follow up screening in patients with colonoscopy showing tubovillous polyps or high-grade dysplasia?

Bottom line:   Follow-up colonoscopy recommended 3 years after polypectomy if 3-10 adenomas or 1 adenoma > 1 cm or any adenoma with villous features or high-grade dysplasia; colonoscopy < 3 years after polypectomy if > 10 adenomas on single exam; and colonoscopy 2-6 months after polypectomy to verify complete removal for sessile polyps “removed piecemeal.”
